Linda Edna Cardellini was born in Redwood City, California, to Lorraine (Hernan) and Wayne David Cardellini an entrepreneur. Linda is Italian (from her maternal grandpa), Irish (from her mother), German, English, and Scottish heritage. Linda lived in California in the San Francisco Bay area, California and was the eldest of four children. The acting bug grew in her as a ten year old when she was cast as a singer in the annual Christmas show at school. Her next stage was performing at school and community theater. Linda was a student at Saint Francis High School in Mountain View, California. When she graduated, she had to make a decision about whether she wanted to go into New York to pursue theater or Los Angeles to pursue film and television. After graduating, she had to make a decision on whether to pursue a career in film or television in Los Angeles. Linda was the first actress to play a major character on Bone Chillers, a 1996 TV show. Freaks and Geeks was the part that brought her a breakthrough. In the acclaimed series she played decathlete Lindsay Weir. The show won the Emmy Award under the category of Outstanding Casting Comedy Series.
Lily James was born Lily Chloe Ninette Thomson (5 April 1989). Lily James has a profession as an English actor. Her professional career started in the year 2010 when she appeared in the British TV series Just William, in which she was a student at the London's Guildhall School of Music and Drama. After her character as Lady Rose MacClare in the period drama series Downton Abbey (2012-2015), her first big break came in playing the title role in the film of fantasy Cinderella (2015). James went onto portray the role of Countess Natasha Rostova, in the version on television of War & Peace, in 2016 and starred several films. These include the action film Baby Driver (2017) and the period dramas Darkest Hour (2017) and The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (2018 and 2021) and musicals Mamma Mia! and Here We Go Again (2018) and Yesterday (2019). Pam & Tommy, a biographical TV series that is based on the story of Pamela Anderson (released in 2022) was nominated for a Golden Globe Award winner and the Primetime Emmy Award.
