Jana Kramer is a country singer, songwriter and actor who became a household name in the world of television after she was played by Alex in One Tree Hill for the season that ended in the. Jana Kramer's first country releases were included in episodes of the show which helped propel her debut album from 2012 to Top 20 on the Billboard 200. Thirty One by 2015 was her follow-up album and climbed to Number Ten. She finished out the decade with appearances for Dancing with the Stars and in several TV movies alongside a series of non-album singles. It was released in 2021 as The self-doubting Voices. Jana Rae Kramer is a Michigan native that was raised by country music. While she was pursuing the acting and recording professions however, her screen debut was in the horror independent film Dead/Undead (2002) when she was still at high school. Kramer was a guest on episodes for All My Children, CSI: NY and Friday Night Lights for the second season of the show 2007-2008. Kramer would go on to appear as Portia Ranson on 90210 (2008-2009) and Brooke Manning, in Entourage (2009) and then was offered the role of One Tree Hill by the CW as Alex Dupre. Kramer remained focused on her music career while still acting and starred in films which enticed her fans, including Heart of the Country 2013 & Country Crush 2016. In October 2015, Kramer dropped her debut album Thirty One from Warner Music Nashville. Thanks to the Top Five country hit I Got the Boy and a duet with Steven Tyler of Aerosmith it did even better, reaching the top spot of three on country's albums chart and number ten in the Billboard 200. Following a two-month run in the 22nd Dancing with the Stars season, she finished in fourth place. The same year she was also a part of an adult-oriented hit song by releasing the song "Feels Like" Christmas which featured Straight No Chaser.
